Walking distance to the city center and commerce at varbergs square, all cafes and restaurants, about 400 meters. If you are looking for a sea walk or a salty bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea which you also see partly from the property. In the house there are two apartments that share on the patio with chairs, table and grill. Access to laundry room. There is access to some bikes but it is otherwise easy to rent a bike via an app. If you want to borrow, this is agreed upon. Exercise track and outdoor gym only 300 m away.

Apartment in very good condition. Most have been renovated in the last three years. A grand piano in our house, a stable building built in 1916. Very beautiful surroundings, walking paths just outside the doorstep, close to beautiful sea baths. Peaceful and quiet from car traffic, even inside thanks to the thick stone walls. Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Boendet har kyl, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, koppar, porslin etc (disk lämnas till värden och byts till ren). Babysäng (upp till 3år) och babystol kan ordnas vid förfrågan.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house in a residential area. This is a space we arranged first for our family and friends, and we also have guests when they are not visiting us. We can provide a travel crib, and there are also a few toys for kids. Easy parking (or we can arrange a free pickup from Halmstad train station), convenient location near the center and the Arena (we can loan some bikes free of charge).
