Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

An das Haus grenzt eine gerade neu fertiggestellte Terrasse und ein großer Garten mit viel Grün, wird aktuell noch erneuert. Unser alte Pool von 4 x 8 m kann auch nach Absprache genutzt werden, schließe ihn aber ausdrücklich aus der Bewertung aus.

With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.
