This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Zum Bahnhof Elstal mit diversen Nahverkehrsanbindungen RE4 nach Berlin oder Nauen, gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min oder mit dem Auto in 3 min.

Sie befindet sich in einem Doppelhaus im 1.OG mit eigener offener Küche und einem Duschbad. An das Haus grenzt eine gerade neu fertiggestellte Terrasse und ein großer Garten mit viel Grün, wird aktuell noch erneuert. Unser alte Pool von 4 x 8 m kann auch nach Absprache genutzt werden, schließe ihn aber ausdrücklich aus der Bewertung aus.

In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
