Cabin holiday rentals in Falls Lake

What an amazing and tranquil place to stay, sit on porch, listen to the water and watch deer stroll through the yard. Very convenient to many of the surrounding areas and restaurants but we were content to just enjoy the peacefulness, read and relax. We ate at Smokehouse of Steve's and did some grocery shopping there and at the Saxapahaw General Store. This place to stay has the magic!

Sarah’s home was the perfect place for a muchneeded rest and reset. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful lake view such a peaceful experience! Helpful tip for future guests: if you plan to spend time down at the dock, bring a snack and a few beverages with you, you’ll definitely feel the burn going up and down those stairs! Overall, a lovely stay and I’d definitely return.

I rented this place for my first solo trip. I couldn’t have picked a better spot! From the secluded private yard, to the hot tub, to the beautiful area. I had such a wonderful birthday and a wonderful first trip on my own! I will absolutely be coming back!

We totally recommend staying here, it was so lovely! The view was beautiful and in such a cute spot. Lisa was so friendly and sweet and we really appreciate how understanding and accommodating she was with us. We definitely will return!

Our stay at Mountain Vibes Log Cabin was immensely enjoyable, wonderful and amazing. This Airbnb venue is a gem indeed with so many amenities to enjoy along with the cabin itself. Lina and Marcio were wonderful hosts, 100% responsive, rapidly assisting with any and all requested needs during our stay!!

Amazing little property, amazing amenities, such a cute designed cabin, and the best this ever a S'mores kit!!! A littlw trouble with the hot tub but hoat were reaponsive to offer a solution! We look forward to staying there again!

Absolutely one of the most amazing AirBnb experiences we’ve ever had! Such a beautiful home with an amazing backyard that was just perfect for my son’s wedding weekend! We hosted the groomsmen at the house and also had the rehearsal dinner planned for the backyard. Rain kept us from eating outside, but we shifted inside and enjoyed the deck and everyone loved it! Lady Jackie was the most helpful and responsive host we’ve ever met and even helped us secure lodging for my two sisters and their families very nearby. House was wonderfully stocked, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, plenty of space! The groomsmen stayed in the basement and loved it! So so thankful to have found this amazing home to stay for this special weekend!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Cozy, peaceful, idyllic, and serene escape. We loved it! Our dog loved it too; sorry that she barked at the horses constantly. We really enjoyed all the extra snacks too.!

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. We were delighted with the peaceful atmosphere. The presence of a car charger was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was a really really cute stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay and was surprised how efficient the whole space was regardless off the small home. Very clean, had multiple kitchen utensils, washroom is clean, the sleeping area was quite fun. Lot of options there too. Overall 10/10!! Liz and her co-host were very helpful and responsive.

This place was amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, everything is here was perfect! I would definitely and will be staying here again. The owners have put so much love and thought into this place. The bathhouse was beautiful and clean and also the bathrooms. The coffee bar was awesome! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing get away. We stayed in the LODGE little house and everything was right there at our fingertips. We rode the golf cart from the parking area onto the little house and explored the paths watching the cows. I can't wait to go back again and again. I give this place a 10 plus for sure!

Our group has stayed at this property twice and will likely do so again. Very clean, private, and well-appointed. Chris has been very responsive when needed and we look forward to our next visit.

Cabin was great! Beautiful on the inside and located in a very peaceful quiet area. Barrel sauna and fireplace were very nice and enjoyable additions. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had the nicest stay at the Cozy Cabin! We were in Raleigh for our daughter’s wedding and it was our home away from home for the week. It was bright and clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. Very centrally located to everything we needed to do in preparation for the wedding. The home itself is very well-maintained. The yard was huge and fully fenced, and it was such a plus that our dogs were permitted. The kitchen and baths were spacious and immaculate. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. Bonus points for plenty of parking. We will definitely book again when we are in Raleigh!

Beautifully built cabin tucked away in the woods. The couple that rent the place live just down the road and are amazing hosts. The cabin itself is separate from any other buildings by about a 1/4 mile, quiet with plenty of privacy. The cabin has good WiFi and modern amenities, but truly feels like you are out in nature. It took me about 20-30 minutes to drive to chapel hill. There is a also a restaurant and bar, both less than 5 minutes away.

We stayed at the lake house while in town for my daughter’s wedding a few miles away. We have already talked about wanting to come back and enjoy the lake more than we were able to. The house was very clean and in a peaceful, private location. I would highly recommend.

Stone's Paradise was the perfect weekend getaway! Wendall was a great host and quick to respond. The house was stocked with some essentials, snacks and even fishing worms. My husband started his Saturday morning with complimentary coffee and fishing as there's poles available on site (you'll need your own tackle box). There was also some firewood available at no charge. There are other homes nearby but it was still peaceful and well worth what we paid. We look forward to staying again :)

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Super cozy for a girl's weekend. The grounds are gorgeous, peaceful and private. We loved hanging down by the pond and walking through the woods. Inside is comfy and cozy. I had trouble opening the door when I first got there and Daniel was super responsive, calling within seconds to help me. Of course I was able to get it open right as he answered. The place is perfect and my 5 star review is accurate, we would absolutely stay again - but just a heads up the owners are offering a free return night in exchange for a 5 star review, which may bias some reviews.

Peaceful and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The Grandkids were never bored between hiking to explore the river to running under the trees playing tag to roasting marshmallows in the firepit. We even had a movie night on the projection screen.

Beautiful home, peaceful, exactly what we were looking for, for our family. Our boys enjoyed the fishing, using the kayaks, and fire pit. The chickens were very entertaining! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely plan another trip! Many thanks to the host!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming cabin in the woods from June 5-8, 2025. The serene setting provided the perfect retreat for my family to get away from the hustle/bustle of city life. The cabin was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. We loved cozy evenings and mornings on the porch, surrounded by nature. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our special birthday meal. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We cherished the memories made here and can’t wait to return! We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods!
