A cozy ranch with three cute bedrooms, bunk-beds for kids, a sun room for reading a book or having a cup of coffee, and living room with a large TV. There is an outdoor shower in the back for washing off the sand from the beach. We are located a five minute walk from Bad Martha Farmer's brewery, and half a mile up the road from a boat ramp perfect for kayaks or small boats. Also available to short-term rental in the winter.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
