James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

This place worked out wonderfully for the 6 adults and 3 grandchildren we had with us, my 4 year old granddaughter even got her own room and loved it, along with the pool!! It was very clean and family friendly and stocked with more than we expected. There is also food and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed it immensely!! Thank you Michael, you have a wonderful place!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! The home is beautiful with plenty of natural light and a nice breeze coming in through the many windows. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any Airbnb homes we have stayed. The beds are very comfortable, and we felt right at home in the large bedrooms. The entire home is immaculate! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard surrounded by trees and lots of birds. There are tons of parks/hiking trails and restaurants nearby - great central location on Cape Cod. We really enjoyed visits to Skaket beach with tide pools that the kids could explore in the late afternoon during low tide. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster was really neat, with a short boardwalk trail back to Wing’s Island. Jessica is a great host and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible week at Brittany’s house with our two young daughters. Perfect amount of space for us and a terrific home base for all of our Cape adventures. We enjoyed the easy 15 minute walk to Megansett Beach, the 5 minute walk to the playground, 3 minute walk to The Stand for coffees and smoothies, and speedy access to the Shining Sea bike path. Convenient, clean and comfortable! The perfect little home for our family and would return again in a heartbeat!

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

Evgenia has a wonderful house in Cape Cod and we were most impressed by the unique touches such as coffee and tea choices, paintings, and the turntable! The outdoors were also really beautiful and private, I certainly wished we had more time to spend there.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better and was just a short drive to a fantastic winery and super close to downtown. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming and even let us check in well before the listed check in time, which was incredibly nice.

This property and house are lovely. I have not a single complaint and Dominick and Marcela are wonderful hosts. The house was spotless, as was the property. This was our first trip “on cape” and if we go back, we will absolutely stay here. Lovely. Please take the recommendations from the owners, they are on point! (Woot woot roche and moto pizza and pink door!). Thank you for letting us stay here. The bunnies, deer, and turkeys were an added bonus!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house and amenities were just as advertised, and the porch and backyard were the perfect spot to spend time together. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Andrew was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, professional, and he provided a great guide of local recs and house instructions. The location was great for exploring Woods Hole and Falmouth by car. I would recommend!

As usual Sara’s place was amazing. This was my 2nd year renting with her House was fabulous! Great location! Very spacious and comfortable! She had all the amenities that you need. She was responsive , within minutes, to any question I had. Would highly recommend!

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

The house and location were wonderful! The house is really well maintained and has great amenities (grill, utensils for cooking, lots of linens/towels). We made use of the corner store and local beaches just a few minutes from the house. Host was extremely friendly and responsive during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a beach getaway!

Loved our stay in Falmouth! Jacquie was quick to respond. Ideal house for being with family. Open floor plan, so everything is laid out nicely. I love how the master suite is on the first floor & upstairs has another living area (with sofa, TV & desk). Very good location too! Highly recommend!

This home was fantastic, sitting on a private driveway and lilly padded pond. The house is clean, freshly renovated, and decorated beautifully with a warm cozy, comfortable feeling. Definitely Cape Cod at it's finest. Our family loved the 2 separate TV family rooms, upper and lower, and the kitchen and seating area for meals was fantastic. A wall of glass, in the main FR and kitchen, over looking the pond loaded with wildlife was breathtaking. The home had some of the most comfortable bedrooms we've found and it suited our family wonderfully. N Falmouth is a great location, close several local towns, beaches and sites. Always an easy drive to local restaurants and shopping and then you are always able to return back to this relaxing gem. Our host Leslie, was a joy to deal with and is always quick to respond, polite and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would highly recommended 200 Chester St to anyone.

Beautiful, modern and immaculate house on a quiet lane minutes from the frenzy of Falmouth center and the beaches. Everything in the house looked brand new. Our family felt right at home here, with spacious a kitchen and living room, cozy bedrooms, and a private back yard. The two bathrooms were very clean and bright, and the walk-in showers were perfect. Host Samantha was proactive, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
