Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach.We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Super Hosts for several years, but took a break in 2022 for family. We are back on Airbnb! Private two-room guest en-suite with private entrance . A queen bedroom with French door that connects to a living room. The suite features a double-vanity bathroom with shower and separate claw foot tub. Hello! We have an adorable two-bedroom (bedrooms are very small), single-family home within walking distance to the beach. (Bristol Beach is 3/10 of a mile away, and Falmouth Heights Beach is 1/2 mile from the house). Perfect for a family of 4 or couples retreat. Please note that the bedrooms are very small and neither of them can accommodate any sort of portable crib, such as a Pack and Play.

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
