Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Falmouth

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

The house and location were wonderful! The house is really well maintained and has great amenities (grill, utensils for cooking, lots of linens/towels). We made use of the corner store and local beaches just a few minutes from the house. Host was extremely friendly and responsive during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a beach getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! The home is beautiful with plenty of natural light and a nice breeze coming in through the many windows. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any Airbnb homes we have stayed. The beds are very comfortable, and we felt right at home in the large bedrooms. The entire home is immaculate! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard surrounded by trees and lots of birds. There are tons of parks/hiking trails and restaurants nearby - great central location on Cape Cod. We really enjoyed visits to Skaket beach with tide pools that the kids could explore in the late afternoon during low tide. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster was really neat, with a short boardwalk trail back to Wing’s Island. Jessica is a great host and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

Evgenia has a wonderful house in Cape Cod and we were most impressed by the unique touches such as coffee and tea choices, paintings, and the turntable! The outdoors were also really beautiful and private, I certainly wished we had more time to spend there.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better and was just a short drive to a fantastic winery and super close to downtown. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming and even let us check in well before the listed check in time, which was incredibly nice.

William’s place is in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the beach! We had everything we needed for our stay and William was incredibly responsible the entire time. We will be back!

This location was great for a week on the Cape! We had everything we needed to cook meals, used the grill, beach items, etc! The water access is more for kayaking, not really for swimming. But it would be great if you were coming prepared with that in mind. Great beaches less than 5 minutes down the road! We came before the "high season" started and got to enjoy all the beaches without having to get a pass. Outside shower was wonderful to help keep the sand out of the house! Fun for my daughter, since there were tons of bunnies around. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Two of the bedrooms had AC, which worked fine for us. Fans in all the rooms helped cool the house down as needed. Samantha provided coffee and filters and that was super helpful! Overall, great spot! Close to Falmouth and easy access to other parts of the Cape! Would definitely stay here again.

Marcela's home is superb. It was even bigger and brighter than we expected. Her home was exactly what needed to have a relaxed family reunion. Everything was so well put together and thought out we did not have to ask her for anything!

Amazing accommodation, exceeded our expectations on every level. All our needs meet for our stay. It is a beautiful place with easy reach to many places in RI and the cape. Having visited many lovely places coming back to Jennifer's home was our oasis. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

I had a wonderful stay at Great Harbor Getaway. The apartment was beautiful - well decorated, excellent outdoor space, and a lovely living room and kitchen. The location of the apartment was excellent: walking distance to Town and the Morning Glory Farm. Jennifer was an excellent host: super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Great Harbor Getaway; really looking forward to my next visit.

My fiance and I stayed here for a wedding we attended at the Wychmere. It was a convenient spot to stay, close to the venue and festivities. Lots of great beaches and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive as well. The space was clean and inclusive of everything we could’ve needed for a long weekend away. Check in and out were seamless and the property was easy to find.

Kevin's Place was smack dab where we wanted to be! We parked the car and never moved it again! We were in walking distance of everything.....from restaurants, performance venues and the Tea Dance at the BoatSlip! The place was squeaky clean, comfortable and relaxing.

We loved our stay. The cottage was adorable, clean, and had everything needed. The outside yard and waterfront was precious. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and will absolutely stay again!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our girls trip! It was in a quiet neighborhood and just under a 10 minute drive into town. Julia was a great host and gave a phenomenal list of local shops, food, activities, and more! It was our first time in Chatham and we loved it!

We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!

Matt’s place was the perfect spot for the first summer weekend. It’s a great unit for a solo traveler (or a couple) and is super close to everything you need; coffee shops, restaurants, tea dance, & shopping. The unit was just as described and super comfortable the moment you walk in. I would definitely recommend it to people and hope to stay there again!

We loved the place! We've stayed in many weekly rentals over the years in Ptown and this was at the top. The place is freshly renovated with everything you'll need to enjoy your week. The location can't be beat. You're just steps from the beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants. Christopher and Jeremy thank you for a GREAT stay.
