Monthly Rentals in Falmouth

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and well decorated, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, close to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh linens, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Overall a very positive experience. Kelly’s home was perfect for a one week stay for just one person and both Kelly and her husband were very kind. One of the big reasons I picked this location was for the cozy backyard space, and I think it lived up to my expectations. That said, a couple things to note would be that there is no designated parking spot. I was given a parking pass for street parking and some days I had to park a couple of houses down. This also isn’t a “central” downtown Fredericksburg location. There are still cute restaurants, but for most you’d have to walk a mile plus to get there. You also have to walk and cross at least one busy intersection to get to the Rappahannock Trail that is a main attraction for the area. That said, there IS free parking in downtown Fredericksburg and I don’t mind a little sunshine so that didn’t bother me, but I know it might be a deal breaker for others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pablo’s home! It was clean and in a quiet area and location was close to the historic downtown area. The beds were super comfortable and the house was cozy. My mom accidentally locked us out on the back patio while we were drinking coffee and Pablo was super quick to respond and let us back in. I highly recommend this quiet home if you are in the area.
