Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Most places can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes by bike, including tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow, and golf clubs on one side of the headland, and nice restaurants, a public bathhouse, Skanör harbor/beach, etc., on the other side of the headland.

Biking distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) when it is made up. It is possible to sleep 2 children in the sofa bed. The kitchen is a kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and simple cooking.

Trevligt promenadstråk om ca 2 km ner till stranden. En plats med stort hjärta.
