Great location right by the sea with a beautiful view. Various nice taverns with sea views can be reached on foot. Despite the small floor area, the house is very spacious due to the high living space, from the sleeping gallery you can look out to the sea. The natural beach can be reached in a few minutes, and a swimming area is about 200 meters further. The house is quite new and architecturally very appealing.

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! Thank you once again for all your kindness. We were extremely grateful with our exchange and we hope that we will have the possibility to come back to Greece one day. A home away from home. Magic!! We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

Villa Rosa was a fabulous! We loved the outside kitchen and terrace! There was plenty of room for us all and the view of the harbour stunning. 🤩

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Leontios was an exceptional host—communication was smooth and easy from the start, and his directions made finding the house fairly straightforward. Note that it seems like you have to drive on the beach, but you are on the right path as you quickly turn left up his driveway. The property in Lindos was even better than expected. The outdoor areas were the highlight for us—beautifully maintained lawn, a sparkling, refreshing pool, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was perfect: just a short walk to beach bars and some great local restaurants, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private escape. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Leontios place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway in Lindos. Five stars all the way!

We didn't have any issues with the house

Dimitra is a great and very nice host! She was always quick to respond to our messages and was super helpful. We landed as early as 10 in the morning, although check-in was actually only possible from 4 pm – yet we were allowed into the accommodation earlier, which was really great. When we wanted to play football spontaneously at 10 p.m. in the evening, she immediately turned on the light to the place – totally attentive and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you Dimitra!

Starting with the host - great friendly gentleman. Clear set of instructions on arrival. This guided us to local restaurants, taxi services, places to visit. The Villa is very well equipped. The outside grounds are really well looked after. The swimming pool for ideal for our family (young teenager and 8 year old children). The view from the terrace was beautiful. On some mornings we were able to see dolphins swimming close to shore. Inside was very modern. The tilt and turn style windows with the shutters were ideal. The villa is close to several restaurants. Stefanos sea food is great if you like fish. There is a really nice Pizza place with a beautiful back garden. Recommend hiring a car if you’re going. We didn’t, lots nearby but there’s more to see. We took taxis to local towns which was reasonable in cost. I found the area that the villa was to quiet (my wife loved that however). If you do go, there are lots of busier towns. Recommend Lindos. The beech is unreal.

We especially loved the beautiful garden, which offered great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind—it really made our trip extra special. A holiday in the Villa Marqua means relaxation and recreation from the first second. The lovingly designed garden in its colorful flowers delighted us every morning. This typical Greek house with its loving and individual furnishings immediately conveys the feeling of being with friends, not strangers. In particular, the landlord Martis gave us the feeling of being at home with his warm and helpful manner. Our next Greece vacation will definitely be in Villa Marqua again!

Amazing place to stay! The host is so welcoming and provides a huge list of suggestions on places to go and where to eat! The villa is even better than the pictures and is spotless! Definitely rent a car, it’s about 10mins in the car to the old town so it’s in a perfect location. Highly Recommend 5 ⭐️

It was beautiful! Thank you so much for the wonderful time! We as a family enjoyed a lot! The house is beautiful; the pool huge and clean; each bedroom has its own bathroom, which allows you to maintain privacy beautifully; the garden is wonderfully maintained; the house is very cozily furnished, you feel right at home; the cleaners were very used; all are very helpful; the view from every room and from the terrace is breathtaking - in short, we had a perfect holiday!

this was booked as a last minute holiday with limited availability on the island so expectations were not too high. From the outset, Greg and his team responded immediately to questions and offered plenty of useful guidance and assistance. the villa was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. nicely situated just outside the village which is full of English speaking locals all very friendly and a few minutes drive from Faliraki and beaches. 4 large bedrooms meant we had plenty of space each but all combined with a lovely communal area outside centered on the pool. The owner arrived on the second day to introduce himself and even sourced us some charcoal for the planned BBQ that evening. would happily go back, was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family and we were even offered a free late checkout to accommodate evening flight home. thankyou
