Our newly renovated Stanbul House is located in the heart of Istanbul's Old Town, in the charming, authentic, central and colourful Balat district. Our Stanbul House is a former Greek mansion, which we have renovated in a stylish and luxurious way. The house itself is about 300 m from the sea with a roof terrace and sea view. It is located in the heart of Balat, but still in a quiet side street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and boutiques are only a stone's throw away.

It's a newly builded stone house which is very well located in old town/center of the city. The apartment is decorated by an architect. This suite has a private kitchenette and a private bathroom with jacuzzi. There is 24 hours door man and there is cleaning service once every 2 days.. The complex has private Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. The turkish bath and sauna is private and need to be booked upon arrival for free entrance. There is a shared sea view roof terrace. During my stay, I had a minor issue with a taxi driver, but the host was incredibly helpful. Not only did they help me track down the driver, but they also ensured that I received a refund for the fare. This thoughtful support really made a difference and showed how much the host cares about their guests. The apartment itself was beautiful and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Even though I came alone, the host made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my time there. Their attentiveness allowed me to fully enjoy my stay without any concerns. Later, I had the chance to invite my friends over, and we had an amazing time together. The space was perfect for socializing, and we created some wonderful memories. I truly appreciated how the host helped make everything go smoothly and how their hospitality enhanced the overall experience.

Great apartment very close to the Galata Tower and only 3blocks from the metro station. Building have a roof top terrace for a panoramic view of across the Bosporus channel overlooking the Hagia Sofia.

Charming Wooden House in Balat

We loved our stay in this lovely five-story wooden home (one of the bedrooms is in the basement). The house was very comfortable (nice beds and shower!) and nicely decorated. The street on which it is located is quite quiet, but you sometimes hear traffic and pedestrians walking by. Neighborhood is very atmospheric, and popular with tourists. Communication went well, nice experience!

Hasan’s place is really beautiful & squeaky clean condition, Hasan went above & beyond to make our trip memorable and he is really helpful, he was always proactive in recommending things to try out, he suggested places to visit, places to eat n all were amazing, i would really recommend that to should book his place for your stay, its very nice location everything walkable, nice sea view etc. I had really nice time there.
