It's a newly builded stone house which is very well located in old town/center of the city. The apartment is decorated by an architect. Nearest metro station called as Vezneciler 400 m Suleymaniye Mosque 200 m Grand Bazaar 800 m Eminönü Square 800 m Sultan Ahmet Mosque 1,7 km Taksim Square is 3.1 km Beşiktaş 5.3 km (bosphorus) Ortaköy 6.8 km (bosphorus) There is open car paid-parking area (İspark) just beside the building. You can easily find cafes and restaurants around the building.

My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
