This is a brand new building finished in June 2022. Centrally located, close to Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Karakoy, Taksim. Cibali Tram station is 3 minutes walking. It is 1 min walk away from Kadir Has University in Halic. You can reach to seaside in minutes. Public transportation is available. Building has 6 private airbnb apartments with different sizes and it is very centrally located and affordable. A/C, kitchen, washer, Smart TV, Wifi, big refrigerator. Everything is brand new.

Our apartment is in a central location and almost in the heart of Istanbul, it is also located only 1 minute walk to public transportation and the metro. Our apartment is very close to the places to visit. When you are on the floor and our esteemed guests arrive, you will only go up 1 floor and access our apartment. Celim, our house manager, was great. He immediately responded and followed up quickly with issues we experienced. As advertised, the view and location was great. The kitchen was adequate, but not conducive to cooking a meal. Stairway to the 4th floor apartment is 72 steps which could be a problem for some, but not us. We have been to Istanbul many times, and we would happily stay there again.

We had a great time at Muro's Airbnb. Agit, Muro's brother, welcomed us and took time checking in to review our schedule of trips and excursions in Istanbul and give recommendations that were very helpful! We also used the airport transfer service and are absolutely satisfied with it: with great comfort we were taken from the airport to Airbnb and on the last day back to the airport. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures and completely met our expectations. The location is very nice: we were able to quickly reach all the sights and locations in Istanbul that were intrigued to us, but we were mainly on the European side. Agit and Muro were always reachable by mobile phone and were able to address all our concerns in a short time. We had absolutely fantastic time in Istanbul, for which we have to thank Muro and Agit, among other things. We will be happy to come back!

Had a great stay at Ilyas’s place! He was super friendly and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. Really appreciated the late check-out too. The area is awesome — lots of great cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner. Just a heads-up: getting to the house involves quite a few steps and some ups and downs, so it can be a bit tricky if you’ve got heavy luggage or travelling with older people. But once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. Thanks again, Ilyas!
