Very nice accommodation with a view of the Seine. We had our bikes with us on our tour and were able to take very nice tours from there. Rouen is easy to reach within 30 minutes via the direct bus connection in front of the door.

A gem! Absolutely fantastic! The apartment is so beautiful, cool decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciate the little things like salt, pepper and oil to cook something. We enjoyed people watching on the street below as the sun set :) Couldn't be more perfectly located, with the park behind and a short skip to all the restaurants and harbour. Yet so quiet even though we were central. Penny is wonderful and welcomed us with apple juice and cherries, plus lots of local recommendations. She even kindly booked a table at a local restaurant for us when we struggled! A great experience in a wonderful place.

We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. We were in the area for a family reunion and decided to stay with Ludovic. The apartment was very clean and consistent with photos. One advantage that we find significant is having a parking space to park your car in the city center. We will definitely return to Ludovic's apartment if we ever come back to the area.

I highly recommend the apartment, it is very cozy, very comfortable and just like on the photos.The parking is easy and much appreciated! The apartment is an 15 minute easy walk away from the town and the beach and the cliffs. The kitchen is well equipped, had everything we needed and more. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay. One small note: if you are a light sleeper, the neighboring airbnb apartment can be heard quite clearly, the walls are not to thick. We had terribly loud neighbors, so if sleep is important, bring some earplugs.

This cottage is really true to its description, and even more warm in reality, it is a real jewel of conviviality, and extremely well thought out and provided by hosts. It has everything and even more than you need during a stay. The house is lovely, very clean, cozy, welcoming, the garden and terrace are lovely! The big plus: one bathroom per adult room! And an absolutely charming hostess, 100% recommended.

Very cozy and quiet house. We felt very comfortable. The conservatory and fenced in garden were perfect. Our dog had a lot of fun :-) Everything was super clean and the decor is very pretty. Laura was very kind. We recommend the place and would love to come again.

A stay with friends in Fultot at Carline and Yann's. What can I say except that we had an extraordinary stay!! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very clean, very functional, everything is designed to make us feel at home. The setting is just sublime and everything to avoid boredom (swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table) without forgetting the outdoor bar with its large TV. As for the owners Carline and Yann, we quickly became friends as they are adorable, attentive, available but discreet. In the end, we felt like we were at a friend's house. Awesome. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!

Pleasant stay, in a cozy and charming little corner, quiet and peaceful. Diane is very attentive with her hosts, concerned about the well-being of her tenants. i highly recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.
