Centrally located family-friendly house of 180 sqm including play/play area of 30 sqm in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the city center, forest and beach. The house is well renovated in a bright and modern style. The house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. There is also a large playroom with swings, TV, playstation, Wii, table football etc. Outside, there's a garden with a trampoline and slide. It has a big terrace with a barbecue grill.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Small terrace with garden furniture, large green area just outside, several playgrounds and free parking. City bus and shopping right in front. Free parking right in front of the house.

Rent our basement for 4-5 persons, near Aarhus

Our basement consists of 2 rooms, one with a double bed (can be changed into 2 single beds) and one with a single bed. In addition to this there's is a Futon bed for 1, maybe 2. You will have your own entrance, your own bathroom, your own kitchenette and you will have access to washing mashine and dryer.

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.
