Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fayette County

"Home place" was absolutely perfect! My sister and I were working a wedding at Fernstone Retreat and we needed a kitchen for the baked goods that we were bringing. This home was super clean and spacious and the hosts were so accommodating and kind! We even learned a little about the property and the house which was so fun!

The house was clean and comfortable. I stayed with my adult children and we had a great time. The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The view and peacefulness from the patio and the ability to sit around an outdoor fire was appreciated by all. The house is in a great area for exploring Ohiopyle and surrounding areas. Bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had no issues preparing meals with the available tools. The satellite Internet was reliable though not super fast. I had some trouble watching a video for work, but I was able to get a good enough cell phone signal on the patio and finished my work there.

Mary was an incredible host and extremely kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her place was cozy and comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend in a beautiful place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Laurel highlands!

Very cozy house.

Jennifer’s place was convenient to the GAP trail. We were traveling with bikes and pulling trailers. They have a shed and covered back porch for storing bikes. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the layout of the downstairs. Would recommend for bikers on the trail.

Great location in heart of ohiopyle trails. Home was super clean and well taken care of. Things to note no second floor bathroom(where bedrooms are located) and steep steps to second floor. Not a problem for us we had a great visit and enjoyed our stay!!

Had a great long weekend w our crew. The house was clean with all the accommodating accessories, Anthony was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Would visit again :)

This was my 2nd time booking with a Klae house property and again it was a great experience! Host was very friendly and responsive, the property was amazing, huge yard with a fire pit that was a hit with my group, very nice and clean space inside the house, had just about everything we needed! Would 100% come back in a heart beat.

What a perfect place for an Ohiopyle weekend! We enjoyed the property and the area was beautiful! Rainy weekend that in between the storms we hiked and strolled the town! The train during the night was a welcomed reminder that we were connected to the outside world! Beds were comfy! We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

What a beautiful place in a great location! We love to bike and this place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and our host was always responsive and had great suggestions. We will definitely stay here again and have ready recommended to all our friends!

We absolutely loved staying at this cute little place looking over the river. The place was very clean and the bed super comfy. The town is sleepy but is surrounded by so much nature and outdoor activities. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

I was biking the GAP and my wife was sightseeing, meeting me for lunch and offering support. The place was close to the trail and around the corner from a bar/restaurant that we ate dinner at. It was perfect for biking the trail. Thanks

We came to Ohiopyle to raft and this was the perfect place to stay! Right in town close to restaurants, close to the GAP trail if you want to run or bike, and close to the rafting company storefronts. It’s walking distance to everything you need, clean, and Andrea is super communicative. Can’t recommend enough!

Jess went above and beyond as a host and provided suggestions throughout the weekend. We felt like locals! The cabin was so cozy for a friends/couples weekend. The game room was a bonus surprise and so fun for a group! The hot tub was extremely clean and so relaxing after a day of hiking. We all can’t wait to return. The cabin is a GEM! Don’t hesitate to book and Jess is a super great host. Thank you!!!

This is a beautiful spot that was perfect for our 2 families who live far apart to get together and enjoy the Ohiopyle area. As other reviewers mentioned, this home is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, ample towels and thoughtful extra touches, like toiletries and coffee. The guest cabin over the stream is a highlight of the property!

The place was awesome! Had 10 guys for a bachelor party and could not recommend more. Plenty of space and plenty to do. Clean and had every amenity you could ask for. 11/10!

Loved our stay in octagon home, the host Alex was very responsive and the home is situated in the woods, very private. The house was very clean. The linens were very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

We had an amazing girls’ weekend at Frank’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, promptly providing extra towels and responding quickly to all our questions. Frank is truly a fantastic host. The space was comfortable, well-suited to our needs, and made our getaway perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came from the other side of the state to celebrate two big family events for the weekend. We needed space to visit with family as well as to prep for an off property grad party - the kitchen had everything we needed & the space to visit with family while we were in the area. Being able to bring out two dogs with us was a huge perk and great last minute decision. The location is quiet, easy to find and the hosts were so kind! The beds were comfortable and had the weather been better it would have been a great place to enjoy the private outdoor space. We hope this location is available for us the next time we visit! My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the cabin!! The cabin is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. All of the appliances and furniture are top notch. My kid absolutely loved everything about it, including the spiral staircase leading to a play room, and all of the toys and games in the basement. We felt like it was home away from home!
