Condo holiday rentals in Fayetteville

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

We loved staying at this Air B n B! We usually shy away from places without many reviews but we struck gold finding Love's place. We were originally planning to stay somewhere else but had a bad experience and Love came to our rescue making sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with her wonderful home. It's in a quiet neighborhood near a school and a short half mile walk to the Cape Fear River Trail. Easy drive to base if that's what you're in town for and easy access to all main roads/highways. Love redesigned the place herself, it's tucked away and we even saw a few baby deer on the lawn. We stayed for almost a month and had everything we needed, thank you Love for giving us a place to rest and get settled after our move to North Carolina.

I have zero complaints about Kimberly’s place! Conveniently located, comfortable in all the right ways, and quiet. Perfect for a quick bit of r+r on my way back home. Excellent communication from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment was extremely clean, which is a top priority for us. It was well-appointed and in a very nice neighborhood situated on beautiful golf course. It worked out very well for our 4-day visit with family in nearby Carolina Lakes.

Needed a place close to our daughter’s wedding venue with lots of space for our family to stay. This Airbnb maximizes every space to provide as many separate sleeping accommodations as possible. Three separate kitchens with a Keurig in each! Great accommodations and so close to our wedding venue at Chateau des Fleures!

We had a great stay at Carol's place. Everything was as described in the listing and suited our family perfectly. We would happily return.

love the renovations they've done to the place. everything was clean and well stocked. having two full bathrooms plus an in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer when traveling with a teenager.

I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to travel to the Fayetteville area. The host was great, the property was in excellent condition, centrally located to stores and restaurants.

Daniel and Laura, We enjoyed our stay at Fairway Haven and would come again without giving it a second thought . The condo accommodations were comfortable and clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bath and shower supplies were provided like you would find at a nice hotel, including blow dryers, negating the need to pack or purchase these essentials. To be fair, we only used the place to sleep. My daughter lives nearby. We did not take advantage of the amenities. We didn’t even use the kitchen. Price for cleaning could have been less, especially since we only used bed and bath

Such a beautiful community. Spent a few days here with my girlfriend as a weekend get away and we were not disappointed at all! Such a sleeper for the price!

This location is the ideal balance of remoteness from and proximity to Fayetteville and Fort Bragg. The room was immaculate, the view beautiful, the beds and couch very comfortable, and the surrounding Anderson Creek community tranquil. Romour and Roxanna were responsive, friendly and accomodating. If I return to visit this area, I would look to book with Evolve again.

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Everything as expected. Very friendly and fast communication. Nice spot as well, in particular the outside pool. Our kids loved it.

Iyce is a Great host. The room was clean, with a private bathroom. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will book again and refer to friends and coworkers.
