Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. We took it over at the beginning of 2025 and have since been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Honeymoon, small but fine cottage on the Baltic Sea

The Honeymoon is located on the western edge of Warnkenhagen, 1 km from the Baltic Sea. For 10 years we have been developing a 6 hectare plot with flowers, fruits, vegetables, ponds and holiday homes. The path to the beach goes through fields and a small forest. Then you come to the beautiful natural beach on the Bay of Lübeck. Our guests can also use the sauna and the garden and also our covered barbecue terrace with fireplace. Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Kösterwohnung, close to Baltic Sea & Lake Selenter

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. The romantic, communal garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Wifi (fiber optic 200mbts), bed linen, towels incl. Selenter See 15, in the village 5 minutes on foot, 17 km to the Baltic Sea (20 min. by car).

Vacation home "Altes Torhaus" - Gut Kletkamp

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.
