The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

Quiet hideaway in the Rhinluch

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.

Quiet apartment in bungalow style

We offer our small apartment in bungalow style on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It is a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow is located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance of Grünefelder See. But Berlin could also be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

Switch off and recharge in the middle of nowhere: You don't want to see anything for a few days except meadows and vastness, horizon and tall trees? Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
