Welcome to La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison est une ancienne bergerie que nous avons restaurée, située à l'entrée de notre propriété. Nous habitons en lisière de forêt, à la campagne. Comme son nom l'indique, "La Petite Maison" est petite, avec 18m2, nous avons optimisé chaque espace pour pouvoir vous accueillir. À noter : L’escalier menant à la mezzanine est pentu et peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. La chambre à l'étage ne dispose pas d’aération directe néanmoins un lit est disponible au rez de chaussée.

The large cabin and spa of Perche Normandie F

Une cabane et son spa, à 3 mètres de haut, en lisière de bois, en Normandie dans le Perche, à 2h de Paris, Rouen, Le Havre, 1h du Mans, 1h30 de Caen. Située à 7 kms de Mortagne-au-Perche (restaurants, tous commerces). Hébergement de 35 m2 de grand confort pour 2 personnes adultes uniquement. Cabane ouverte toute l'année, chauffée en hiver : spa privatif sur la terrasse plein sud. Lieu idéal pour un anniversaire, une demande en mariage ou tout simplement se retrouver à 2 en amoureux.

Countryside cottage

Ancien fournil rénové et indépendant de notre maison, au milieu d'un grand terrain avec quelques animaux (canards, poules, en fonction de la saison des moutons) pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants. Je précise qu'ils sont placés à distance de l'habitation et donc ne provoquent aucune nuisance sonore. Le perche est une région idéale si vous recherchez un cadre de paix, aucun voisinage à proximité de la maison; ce qui permet de passer un séjour dans la tranquillité et la détente.

We are happy to host you at Maison Bubertré. Completely renovated in 2023, it is the perfect place to discover the charms of the Perche. Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Tree-lined garden.
