Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Summer bungalow for two

Vacancy - currently limited heating and need renovation. The term indoor camping is most likely to be the case. Please don't expect a modern or nicely furnished vacation home. Hot water / electricity is provided. Usable is the old fitted kitchen, with fridge, stove, oven and even dishwasher. The house is in Schinkel, about 15 km west of Kiel. It is a rural municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, right on the northern side of the North Baltic Sea Canal.

The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. End the day with a view of a unique sunset. Explore the area on extended bike tours or cool off in the natural swimming area 350 meters away. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the middle of nowhere between Schafswiesen and in absolute nature you will find pure deep relaxation, whether you use the beautiful terrace with a grill or chill in the wonderfully unique living room by the fireplace. Nearby are Schierensee and Westensee. Blumenthal is an ideal base for walks and bike rides. Shopping facilities are about 7 km away.

Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.
