Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Felixstowe

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had an excellent stay. The house is spacious, with multiple areas to sit and relax. It’s a private property, so very peaceful to chill out for a few days. We had everything we needed for the stay and certainly enjoyed sitting in the lounge and watching the wildlife pass by. Sharon is a great communicator, which made the stay very easy. Thank you!

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

Second time we’ve stayed here and we again absolutely loved it! Super cozy and doggy friendly and in a great location so not far from a lovely bakery shop or nice pubs thank you so much again for having us!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Highly recommend the house and the host. It was the perfect place to stay, beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, lovely garden and Jackie was a delightful host.

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

Lovely spacious and comfortable property with great views of the river and Sutton Hoo. We really enjoyed the river walks and proximity to Woodbridge.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Cannot fault these lodges or michelle as a host. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and the lodges definitely have that added feel of luxury. Will 100% be returning. Thank you apple tree lodges for a perfect break. Beautiful lodges in a beautiful location.

We had a really good stay in Walton on the Naze. The apartment was lovely, clean and very practical. It’s on a main street but was quiet at night, opposite Tesco and with the parking behind. We didn’t spend any time there during the day but it was an ideal base for the things we were doing.

Sue was an absolutely incredible host! We stayed here for the weekend, as I was due to get married in bury st Edmund’s, so needed a place to get ready. As soon as Sue knew this, she was so accommodating, and helpful! Giving us extra space for us to get ready, putting up banners & balloons, it was the most beautiful and generous thing she could have done for us! The apartment is clean, stunning, cosy, and made us feel right at home. The balcony was so beautiful, with beautiful views and we enjoyed a cup of tea out there the morning after our wedding. The whole experience there was just perfect! And I could not be more thankful or grateful to Sue & her husband! We came back after our day to find a beautiful card & a bottle of Prosecco as a congratulations gift! Myself and my now husband, would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much Sue, you were truly wonderful! :)

properties are very nice split level property that reminds me of an old Edwardian type property. It’s been very nicely done out the hot tub is really good and just generally everything just worked. The location is really good and we’d love to come back.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting family in Frinton. It was peaceful, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Carole's garden was very lovely with a friendly dog running around. Carole herself was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Well situated for Frinton and surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Such a lovely place to stay feels like a home from home. Barn is equipped with everything you need for a cosy day. 12pm check out was amazing. Perfect retreat in the countryside. Food and drink extras were a bonus!

Esther is a great host and the accommodations were exactly as posted. The patio was perfect, peaceful, no traffic noise.. perfect for a sunny morning drinking coffee/tea...

Really enjoyed our recent stay. The property was immaculately clean and really comfortable. The little touches of fresh eggs, bread and butter were much appreciated. We had clear instructions of how to access the property and were able to come and go as needed. Would thoroughly recommend and would re-book if we were looking to stay in the area again.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
