Landhaus im Schwäbischen Wald, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern. Alleinlage in einem beliebten Wandergebiet. Zahlreiche Badeseen in nächster Nähe. Unsere liebevoll renovierte Ferienwohnung, mit ca. 75 qm, wartet auf Natur- und Wanderfreunde, Radfahrer, allein, zu zweit oder zu dritt. Familien bis zu 3 Personen, oder 2 Geschäftsleute. Selbstverständlich sind auch Hunde herzlich willkommen. (Bis zu 2 Hunde). Diese freuen sich besonders über das große Grundstück und den Bach der zum Spielen einlädt.

Komforthaus mit km-Fernblick und Klimaanlage

Dieses geräumige Ferienhaus ist etwas besonderes und bietet Komfort auch für große Familien (mit Kindern bis 12/13 Pers. bitte anfragen). Es hat 5 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, die sich über zwei Wohnetagen verteilen. Der große Wohn-Essbereich mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche besitzt neben dem Esstisch auch eine gemütliche Eckcouch mit Blick auf den Kamin und einen Flat-TV. Über eine breite Balkontür gelangt man auf eine Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und kann von hier die km-weite Fernsicht genießen.

Ferienwohnung auf dem Winzerhof

Unser Hof liegt idyllisch umgeben von Weinbergen & Feldern; dennoch ist man schnell in der Stadt oder in einem Restaurant. 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der Freizeitpark Tripsdrill. Die Fewo umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine bequeme Ausziehcouch & bietet Platz für 4 P. (+Reisekinderbett bei Bedarf). Zudem gibt es einen Außenbereich mit Freisitz, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC. Räder können in der abschließbaren Fahrradgarage abgestellt & geladen werden.

Separate room with bathroom; 300 m. to bus station

Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. The bus that takes you into the city in just 5 min walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 min. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep. Since the homeowners' association has stipulated that dogs are not allowed, we can't permit service animals either.

Sonnenhaus Residence

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Erlach Oasis – Holiday and inspiration

Our ground-floor apartment in Echterdingen-Stetten is a small oasis of growth for 1–4 people (5 with sofa bed). Two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace provide comfort. Yoga mats and inspiring books on the Enneagram, meditation, and Eastern traditions are available for peace and inner work. Quiet location near the forest, good local amenities, and quick connections to the airport & Stuttgart. A place to feel at home, recharge, and grow.

Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
