Im Voralpenland Unterallgäu liegt unsere liebevoll neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im 1. OG unseres Wohnhauses. Ein gut ausgebautes Radwandernetz liegt vor unserer Haustüre. Attraktive Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie zB Bodensee, Königschlösser, Thermen Städtetripps nach Memmingen, Ulm, München usw. ermöglicht Ihnen ein abwechslungsreiches Urlaubsvergnügen. Im Winter stellen wir Ihnen einen Trocknungsraum für Skiausrüstung zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Bäckerei ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The city center (market square) is a 15-minute walk. You'll feel right at home. You live climate-neutral. Our place (about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently limited in use.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Memmingen. Our apartment is in the best location, right in the city center. The main train station with direct connection to the airport is just a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in very friendly neighborhood. Particularly beautiful is the view from our balcony of the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).
