The Garden Cottage was surprisingly peaceful, with a private courtyard surrounded by trees. A surprise because it is so tranquil despite being only 40 yds from the road. Emily had taken to decorate and furnish the space with imagination and flair . The location was excellent for exploring North Norfolk. A positive experience and we will return in the future.

A lovely cottage. Very handy for wandering up and down the coastline. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with top quality equipment. Elaine was very helpful and attentive. Thoroughly recommend this cottage.

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

A lovely place to stay, very quiet especially at night, cosy, clean and comfortable. Hannah was very helpful with her instructions and suggestions. It was a quick walk into North Walsham with all its facilities and a short train journey to Cromer with the dog was a unique experience for us. There was only one downside for us and this is purely our personal taste, we would have preferred a microwave rather than a coffee machine in the kitchen. We would happily stay there again if we are visiting Norfolk.
