House holiday rentals in Felton

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

A real tropical oasis in the middle of the woods and mountains. The place is between the small towns of santa cruz mountains and the coastal city of santa cruz. Anything you need is at the corner of the house, just driving for few minutes snd you have great restaurants, vista points, parks, gas and stores, etc. Just amazing, you will have a fun time staying at this tropical oasis house.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

It was beautiful, private, and a hidden gem! We had lots of fun and enjoyed all the views throughout the house. The house is even better than the pictures. We had our 2 boys, had plenty to do between the beach, books, basketball, spa, ping pong, and games! We definitely recommend and would go back! Not to mention I love artichokes and this house is located in artichoke city!! So amazing!! 10/10 you won’t be disappointed!

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

We had the most amazing stay with our newborn & dog. Walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, and a short drive to the cliff walks. We loved being able to put the baby down to sleep in the dark bedroom & eat dinner in the peaceful backyard. Plus, the fenced yard made it easy to let our dog out to go potty (it’s the little things!). We are eager to stay here again!

My team had a wonderful time at Stefan's place! The ocean views are magical and the house is very spacious. Incredible spot about an hour away from SF and Palo Alto. Stefan was very communicative and friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. Very clear house rules. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back.

Ted was incredibly flexible with me, extremely friendly, and worked with me to celebrate and unforgettable event. His home is beautiful and fully accommodating. Can’t recommend this place more highly

The condo is very clean. The interior is as shown in the pictures. The location is nice and is close to Apple's headquarter. We also had a nice dinner at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, located near the house.

We had an amazing stay at Lisa's place. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, beaches and hiking. They have done a beautiful job with the space. It feels like a boutique hotel. They have thought of everything! There were snacks, wine, coffee, travel size toiletries and even fresh flowers! Lisa is a generous and welcoming host and we would stay at their retreat again in a heartbeat.

Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

This is my second time visiting Jesse's home. Everything went super smoothly and I was provided with all necessary information. I love the open floor plan and you can't beat the location. I love his eco friendly approach and all the kitchen accessories he has in order to cook in house. I haven't made it in the hot tub either visit, but hope to do so next time :)

The house was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful and especially great for someone who loves to cook. There were a lot of appliances that were great to have access to. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels and nice options for shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. The backyard was beautiful and fun to hang out in! Especially appreciated the fast response time with any questions we had (which were few because the info in the binder covered most all of what we needed!)

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

The house was perfect for our family to stay at during my son’s wedding in Felton! The place is nice, clean, beautiful surroundings! If you’re staying during the summer, be aware of the noise from the camp below. We knew about it and it didn’t bother us - but if you want a quiet, relaxing place, you might want to look elsewhere. This was just the perfect location for our venue and other family members! Rebekah was a great communicator too, which I find most important at Airbnbs. We’d definitely recommend!

Felt like a gem in the mountains. The modern amenities made it very comfortable. The host was very prompt with their responses and easy to communicate with. I felt so at home in this little cottage. I'm ready for my next visit.

A group of us were in town for a wedding and Jeff’s place was absolutely lovely. The room in the shed in the back, which we affectionately referred to as the “rave cave” was very cool with the LED lighting. The grill was perfect for our Friday night bbq dinner and we loved having an option for an outdoor shower!
