Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Find peace in the "Forvalterboligen" on the Frederiks-Eg estate. From this unique 2-storey home, you have direct access to a private park, lake and forest. The country estate is from 1847 and in classic style, and the "Forvalterboligen" has been renovated continuously, most recently in 2022. We are neighbors to the outdoor swimming pool with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work daily from home and are excited to welcome you to our family farm and to a great experience in the scenic surroundings of South Zealand.

Holiday apartment at Gården på Bakken

Welcome to the Farm on the Hill in Holme-Olstrup - with a focus on sustainability, responsible consumption and climate-friendly choices. Here on the farm, we've made a conscious choice to live in a more sustainable way to minimize our prints on the globe. The rooms are furnished with recycled furniture, the towels are in GOTS certified cotton, and in the kitchen we have waste sorting. In addition, we have loan bikes, and in the living room there is a shelving unit where you can swap your read books for some “new”.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

150 m2 apartment on Broksø

Large cozy apartment on the ground floor on Broksø itself can now be rented. In the middle of Zealand, 15 min to Næstved, Ringsted and Haslev. 45 min to Copenhagen. Stay in a historic setting in a manor in the middle of nature. Wake up to the trumpeter of the cranes, enjoy the sight of the peacocks and experience red deer, deer, etc. in the woods right outside the door. Suitable for family vacation or friends on a trip.

You’ll have access to a fully renovated kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bed, and the option of extra bedding on the sofa bed.
