Very nice studio with air conditioning. Ideal base to discover Baveno and to go out, everything is within walking distance. Parking the car at the train station is also free and perfect. It is a short walk, but you get a beautiful location of the court house in return. We would love to come back, Alessandro! Thanks for the good care

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to highlight the host, who is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail has gone into this work. I felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a pleasant, stress-free accommodation!

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

We had an amazing stay. It could not have been a better location. Jenny and Nico were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The Airbnb is terrific. Just as described in the photos. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is comfortable. Living room with kitchen very well equipped and the outdoor seating area nice and sunny. Bathroom with good shower and separate toilet. The garden and pool are wonderful. You have a lot of privacy. Parking is available. The hosts are extremely warm and yet withdrawn. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. It is a gem and highly recommended. We would come back here any time.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

We had a great Easter weekend in the apartment. The location overlooking Lake Maggiore is sensational, as is the location right on the market square. The apartment was very clean and there is everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

The pool is super refreshing at an ideal temperature, the garden is very nicely maintained. Paola is very caring with her guests and shares with them the love for her house. We had a really wonderful holiday on Lake Maggiore - 13 days of sun, beautiful excursions and just all-round relaxation. The area is fantastic and the weather was also perfect. But we would especially like to thank our hostess: so warm, friendly and helpful! You felt welcome right away, almost a bit like at home. Upon arrival, she greeted us very warmly, was always friendly, open and incredibly likeable. She was always available for questions or concerns. You just felt really well taken care of with her. Wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment of Raffaello and Patricia. The location is simply fantastic right on the lake with incredible views, the apartment nicely decorated with everything you need. The welcome was very friendly, Raffaello showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. The apartment was absolutely clean and well maintained, we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

Very pleasant stay in a tastefully decorated apartment. We enjoyed the proximity of restaurants and shops, the quiet in the evening. The hosts are very responsive and attentive. Private parking space is an undeniable bonus.

My partner and I were there for two days. To ensure us an extended visit, Stefano adjusted the check-in/out times so that we could enjoy the Airbnb a little longer. The location is fantastic and Monique is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa, but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and calm. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Thanks again!
