The PORTO 7 suite has been built to offer its guests a unique experience, a genuine connection with the lake: Beautiful windows offer a breathtaking view of the ever-changing lake, an experience shower, access to the docks, kayaks, and SUPS at your disposal. A unique location: right on the lake, yet in the center of the village. This guarantees easy access to all essential services: bakery, ice cream parlor, newsstand, bars, and restaurants, all just a few meters away.

La Caramella

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the Borromeo Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment, our animal friends are considered special guests and are very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for docking boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a big party for tourists.

Flowers & lake, the Golden Camellia, ground floor

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.

Studio apartment at the Port

Cute studio furnished with every comfort on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator) located near the small port. Not directly accessible by car but close to the main parking lots. Numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream shops and bars can be reached in a few minutes' walk.
