Monthly Rentals in Fernan Lake Village

This is our second stay at Eric's and I hope there is a 3rd. Last time we stayed my review said that he is writing the book on how to be a great host and a year later, I feel the same. So many nice touches and absolutely excellent communication. The beds are absolute luxury! I love when you arrive and there are some lights left on for you, it is such a small but welcoming touch! Do not hesitate to book this place, it really feels like you are staying in your thoughtful friend's home. After staying at many Airbnb's this remains one of my absolute favorites!

Nice place. 8 mins away from downtown. The balcony is not really a balcony. Otherwise it was a good stay

Great, easy stay! Pleasantly surprised at the location & packnplay!

Great apartment in easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown. Very private, self-service. Very clean and well appointed. It will usually be a quiet spot, but right now, construction starts nextdoor at 7:30am (except Sundays). The very firm mattress will make some people happy. Easiest to find by using an app to get to the front of the house, then go around the corner to the south to find the little dirt alley to the back driveway. Deanne was very welcoming, quick to communicate, and accommodating!
