Our second visit here, and will likely come back. Astrid is a great host and the stables are a lovely little space to stay with beautiful surroundings and a great location within the New Forest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

Our stay was fabulous! We had the best time and the lodge was stunning. Everything we asked for. Mark and Maria were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. We would be definitely staying here again.

Perfect house for a hen do. Spacious & well equipped & great having beds for everyone. Karl kindly let us arrive an hour early so we could set up before the brides arrival. A very short walk to M&S food hall & tesco express which is handy. We had a cocktail maker come to the house - perfect set up around the breakfast bar & kitchen. Unfortunately the wine fridge was broken, shame as a hot weekend. Also the downstairs toilet was slow to refill. We didn't find the information file until our last day (would be better on top of coffee table not underneath) Note that the hot tub fee is the same whether you're there for a day or a week. Would definitely stay there again for a group gathering. Highly recommend. Thanks Karl 😊

Definitely recommend Sam’s beautiful house. Immaculately kept garden with hot tub and huge trampoline which kept the children busy. All rooms with clean and had everything that we needed. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and showers etc all in good order. Thank you!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay! The space was perfectly set up for kids and incredibly comfortable and warm. The hot tub was a real bonus! My 2yo has asked if we can go back to Sarah’s house ever since we left 😂 We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely little cottage with a secure garden. The village has a fantastic little shop for everything you need and a very friendly village pub with great food.

We had a lovely Stay, was in a perfect location to explore lots of amazing sights, beautiful views and lots of seaside town nearby. Sharon was very friendly and helpful and the place was comfy and had everything we needed.

We stayed at The Barn for my 70th birthday with all our immediate family for four nights from Saturday 7th June to Wednesday 11th June. Sarah was very helpful from the very start and even provided me the name of a company who could provide a private chef to come in to cook for us all on my birthday. The Barn was wonderful, location excellent, grounds lovely to walk round. It was easy to go to Ringwood for supplies. Great to be able to travel 30 minutes to Kingston Lacy, Exbury Gardens, the sea at Mudeford Quay and of course walk in the New Forest. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved seeing the horses in the grounds and everyone but me, the 3 year old and new baby went on the zip wire! Finally, I must say that the welcome hamper and provisions left in the fridge were amazing and above what you would normally expect. I cannot recommend staying at The Barn highly enough. Thank you Sarah for providing such lovely accommodation.

We had a brilliant stay at the Pink House! The house itself was beautifully decorated and was warm and inviting - we felt really at home here. Deborah was very friendly and responsive in her communication and sent us lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The garden was really private and we loved the built in BBQ and home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, and the welcome basket that we're waiting for us when we arrived. The Pink House is in a great location with walks right from the front door and only 15-30 mins drive to the various beaches. We had a wonderful stay and wished we booked for longer - we'll definitely be back again!

Absolute Perfection. We have been fortunate to stay at some great Airbnb’s over the past 10 years but this has to be the best! Maria was a fantastic host. She was always friendly and quick to reply to queries, she gave a us loads of helpful information as well as tips of places to visit and go for food. She greeted us at the cottage and gave us the warmest welcome and even baked us a cake! There were other welcoming gifts too including an activity pack and chocolate buttons for our daughter, a bottle of wine, milk, sourdough & local jam. All were lovely. The cottage itself is beautiful, full of character and charm, it felt cosy whilst spacious enough at the same time. It was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could need for our stay. Beds were large and very comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible! There is off road parking for atleast 2 cars, a large fully enclosed front garden, decking with lovely seating area over looking the rear wonderful rear garden.

The cottage is charming and nicely kept. The patio and garden were lovely to have and we used them a lot as we had such great weather. The only thing to be aware of is that the cottage is just off of a busy road which meant traffic noises early in the morning. That said, we really did love it and there were some great walks to do right from the doorstep. Also some lovely pubs nearby.

The cottage was beautiful, Such a lovely setting. Every thing we needed was there,. Was pleased to see the cottage was very homely and kept traditional rather than boutique style. Would recommend it to anyone,

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday as a family of two adults, three children, our small dog and my mother in law. It was a lovely clean spacious caravan with an amazing view. We had gorgeous weather which really was the icing on the cake. When we arrived it was easy to find and there were biscuits and cakes left for us by Caroline. We also went to Haven reception and they gave us free entertainment passes which meant we could visit the entertainment in the evenings with the children. We’d definitely love to stay again! Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

The views from Seascape are wonderful and added greatly to our holiday. From sunny breakfast on the deck to cosy evenings watching the sun set we found everything we needed and we felt at home straight away. The lodge was immaculate and Judith dealt quickly with the only issue we had when the oven had a fault, so our holiday was not impacted greatly. It's a 15 minute walk into Swanage with an uphill return or free 2 hrs parking next to the Co op if you spend £10 there. Altogether a perfect place to enjoy Swanage and explore the Isle of Purbeck.

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic hosts very accommoding when I cha ged my plans. The bed was made up which was lovely surprise as I'd rented bed linens. The view from the lovely decking area is outstanding snd so peaceful and relaxing. The caravan was very comfortable and well eqipped. We would highly recommend staying there.

we had a lovely stay in Kath's caravan after being recommended by friends. The caravan was lovely and clean and as described/shown in pics, great location and lots to do for the family. we hope to return again one day to explore more of the area

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Great location and a lovely space. The annexe is bright and airy with some lovely touches of bright colour. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wanted to self cater entirely. Clare was excellent at messaging quickly. She has some suggestions available in the annexe for activities and facilities in the local area and is happy to give more if requested. Clare came to say hello which made us feel very welcome but also gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. Off street parking was such a good thing and so many places to walk to in east distance meant we hardly used the car. I would happily recommend the annexe by the sea to any of our friends and family ☺️
