It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Bus stop approx. 200 meters away, public parking (free) approx. 200 meters away, loading and unloading possible on the property. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house, where the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.
