The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the terpkerk of Wanswert. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we used second chance furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a nice living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden all around, a private front door and lots of privacy.

Holiday home Tergreft is a beautiful cozy home on the Dokkumer Ee (The Elfstedentocht route) The house was just renovated and has a combined design of old and modern with all the needed facilities. The house offers the possibility to rest, enjoy the Dokkumer Ee and the beautiful ships that pass by, bird watching, cycling. Within 20 minutes of driving you will get to Leeuwarden or Dokkum both interesting. There is also a 2 persons canoe and two sup boards that can be used free of charge.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.
