Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
