Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.
