The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. It is located a short walk from the historic center where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, the train station for the 5 Terre and boats for Lerici and Portovenere. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of home. A furnished balcony overlooking the rooftops of the city will give you the opportunity to enjoy the sunset while sipping a drink in complete peace and quiet.
