A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. Tilly House - Penthouse with Terrace overlooking the Sea

Cozy and well-kept apartment by the sea with a wonderful and unmissable view. Tilly is located in the village of Le Grazie, near the beautiful Cinque Terre, the romantic Portovenere and the wonderful Palmaria Island. On the 4th and top floor with elevator of a building without architectural barriers, recently renovated. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spectacular terrace that surrounds it entirely. Parking in private parking lot.

Apartment located on the first floor of a palace in the ancient and quiet village of Marola. It consists of a large bedroom with double bed, a living room with comfortable 2-seater sofa bed communicating with a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Poets, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. The bus stops to La Spezia and Portovenere are a short walk from home. Underneath the apartment there is a mini market a few meters away, restaurant, pub and pizzeria.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station.
