Monthly Rentals in Figure Eight Island

As all other mentions in the overwhelmingly positive reviews have stressed, this was a favorite. The friendly, experienced Hosts take great pride in their property and this guesthouse. Everything adds up to an exceptional experience. Don't let the 'pet friendly' policy give you pause if you are not traveling with 4-legged friends, the property is spotlessly cleaned and maintained. The location is wonderful, away from the hustle bustle but within a short drive to the local attractions and beaches. Our only suggestions would be to add a small patio table and chair set for guests to enjoy their morning coffee in the beautiful yard while ther dogs frolic and perhaps a propane grill. We certainly would not hesitate to return or reccommend this lovely AirBnB if you are in the Wilmington area. Thank you Nate!

comfortable beds. clean. quiet location. nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great for walks. plenty of parking. back deck nice for grilling. access to water via dock was a big plus. we would certainly stay here again. owner highly responsive.

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

This is the nicest, quietest AirBnb we have stayed in -+ bonus: with the most generous, responsive host. All of the views and vistas at this elevated retreat are spectacular!!! Love the location. Close to the beach and marshes and also plenty of porches and other seating spots to relax. Everything inside was comfortably and generously prepared for us - plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies, loads of towels, comfy couches and beds/bedding, beach needs…what more could you ask for? Grateful to have spent Thanksgiving ‘24 here.
