We had a great time at this villa. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Terrace with a pool and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Roman hills. Great location to spend a vacation with family and friends. Edoardo was very nice and available to our requests.

When you say the perfect vacation.. Here it was!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all the comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Beautiful people, always available. They put guests at ease as if they were at home. I don't just recommend it, but we'll definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores .Communication with the host was easy and prompt—they were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making my stay as smooth as possible. My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

My partner and I are two paragliding pilots. We had booked for 4 nights, Pietro's little house is very close to the center (two steps). We parked the car practically under the house. It was easy to reach, Pietro provided clear directions, In the house we found everything necessary and even more (sugar, salt, oil, pasta, coffee) although we did not use it but it was so nice to find everything, because the small attentions make the difference. Very comfortable mattress, internet works very well. Back was a responsive host. We had a beautiful experience, we will definitely be back 🩷

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

Davide was a very nice, kind, helpful and really caring host. The house is nice (nomen omen!) and we had a great night's sleep. Convenient location between Rieti and L’Aquila.

Perfect little house with an amazing view over the valley

Apartment is very nice, clean and very large. Heating was perfect working (outside was cold a lite bit), everything was very clean, comfortable bedrooms. Apartment is located in the city center, on the horizont hill, below the castle, beautiful surroundings, lots of bars and restaurants, free parking. Definitely we would like come back, one of the most beautiful places, we visited during our travels. Thanks you Angelo for a wonderful stay!

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is great, better than the photos - recently renovated, fully furnished, great view from the main terrace and located in a small village which is quiet.
