Beach house holiday rentals in Filey

We had a lovely weekend at Jo's place. The location is perfect, walkable to the seafront, the castle and the town and the view from the top bedroom in particular was fabulous. The house is very well laid out and immaculate. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and also for socialising whilst eating. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Jo had thought of every detail and the welcome pack was a real treat. Thank you Jo, I don't think this could have been any better.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

1A is a credit to both Ian & Sarra. The property is perfect for 4 adults with each bedroom having it's own bathroom with another WC for emergencies downstairs! The presentation of the property is 1st class with you wanting for nothing. Ian & Sarra really have thought about everything. As an EV driver the ability to charge on site at anytime, at a very reasonable rate, was a bonus. The location was perfect for us, just a 10min stroll to the harbour providing your happy to tackle the Khyber Pass!.. a lot easier than the one in Pakistan!! We have no hesitation in recommending this property and it's location to anyone who wants a relaxing enjoyable stay in Whitby.

Fabulous home from home and everything has been thought of. Excellent location and hosts were proactive and clear in their instructions for check in and check out. Baby was catered for with all safety equipment provided. Thank you for making our getaway special!

Can’t reccomend Corinna’s property enough. Lovely and spacious. Clean and cosy. Has everything you would need and more Corinna herself was just wonderful from the start very quick reply’s made us feel so welcome and really looked after us. Lots of recommendations and so helpful. Me and my husband had just got married and fancied a couple of nights away ( very last minute we booked on the day) before our honeymoon in a few months time and it was perfect. If we come back to Scarborough again we will be sure to stay here. We had a great wonderful couple of days. Thank you again for hospitality corinna x

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Emma has the most beautiful property and honestly it is a gem of a location - feels really private and safe and in the most lovely green surroundings. We had a lovely thank you card on arrival some very kind gestures to welcome us which were very much appreciated. The communication with Emma was fabulous and she went out of her way to make us happy and accommodate our requests! We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxed and lovely

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Maxine was extremely friendly throughout & check-in was seamless. The cottage is immaculate & parking was easy. Loads of games & dvds at the cottage to keep the kids entertained. Great location, with a small shop, pub, pharmacy & leisure centre nearby. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

What a beautiful place to stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts made everything so clear for us, the house was spotless we couldn’t fault it. It was the little things like having toys for the kids to play with was amazing and the coffee machine with pods was a welcome surprise. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, thank you!

Everything was perfect! The cottage is cosy and had all the amenities needed. It was clean and just a 30min walk in to Whitby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Photographer’s House! The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket, thank you. The view is stunning! We spent hours on the patio, soaking up the sunshine and taking it all in. The host, Ashley, was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back again!

Ben’s property is a gem. In a perfect location and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property was clean and spacious. Absolutely ideal for our family of 4 adults. Our stay couldn't have been any better, great location and only a short walk to the beautiful beach! Lovely quiet area. Fantastic communication from Julie. We had everything we needed and a lot more, lots of lovely thoughtful touches throughout the house. Brilliant shower and high quality bedding and towels etc. Really comfy beds/setee. Lovely enclosed garden which the dog loved! The whole place was spotless, would highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

I loved my stay at sea breeze house. The place was clean and tidy and home like. It was central to where i needed to be. The beds was so comfy and the extra touches was lovely: biscuits and chocolates and tea and coffee. Simon had great communication as my husband booked on his account but i was able to give my number and simon helped with any questions i have. I stayed with my dad but will be back to stay in the future and i will definetely recommend to others. Thank you once again

A lovely family home from home. We stayed over the Christmas period, and Lindsey and her housekeeper went above and beyond to help us have an enjoyable, homely, and festive stay! Friendly, responsive and helpful communication in advance. The property is as described with a very well equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking a big Christmas meal!) and plenty of room. Good location, despite being on one of the busier Filey roads little noise seeps in. Price reasonable for the size of property and time of year. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again... Thankyou!

Olivia’s place is outstanding. The most amazing views, absolutely beautiful and well equipped cottage in a great location. Couldn’t ask for more. We managed to get a car park very close to cottage which was very handy too. Oh and she’d put a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a lovely surprise which we enjoyed on the patio taking in that spectacular view. Do yourself a favour and stay here!!!!!!

We had a lovely stay in monkeypowder. We loved the layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living area on the ground floor. The living room has great sea views and an area to sit and lookout. There is a huge comfortable sofa and great wallpaper of a view of Scarborough. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and a great space to enjoy a meal together. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a modern ensuite. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we loved the quirky furniture. Free parking was a bonus and a great location to explore Scarborough.
