La vista è sorprendente, sul porto di Lipari e sul mare, quasi a dare la sensazione di volare. Tipicamente eoliano, ti porta a godere di tutte le bellezze naturali che offre Lipari. Si trova a Pianoconte a circa 5 km dal porto,a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e del supermarket dove potrai trovare tutti i prodotti locali delle Eolie!!!

On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

A haven of frenetic life, where to relax and rediscover the beauty immersed in the sounds and colors of nature. Distance from the center and the sea 15 minutes by car. Location: Quattropani Old Church - from the provincial it is reached through a secondary road. It is advisable to have a SCOOTER or a CAR (possibly to rent on the island)

The villa is located on 4 hectares of land, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the Liparote hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation core with independent entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
