Apartment holiday rentals in Fillière

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Spending these 3 nights in your accommodation was a real pleasure, it's beautiful, it's clean and you feel good there. Your flexibility and kindness also made our stay even more serene. When in Annecy! This is a perfect location for this town. 5 minutes from the center of old town yet far enough to be silent at night. We used the wonderful kitchen, enjoyed the HUGE television and the terrace was divine in the sunny afternoon! 100% perfect! Florie is a dream

We spent 3 nights in the apartment which is tastefully done, very well equipped and spacious. Chrystelle is a welcoming, available and very friendly host. The view is splendid and the small terrace very appreciable. We'll be happy to go back!

a fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. Close to the lake and town. The flat is well furnished and in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. There is a superb view of the mountains from the apartment.

I stayed in this apartment for three months as part of my work. Conveniently located, close to the city center and lake, and close to all amenities. Very easy to reach by car. Eliott, my point of contact, was very responsive following a small electrical outage and always available if needed. I highly recommend it!

We have a pleasant extended weekend in a quiet and as described. Patricia received us pleasantly when we arrived and the information provided was clear. Patricia is a great host that we recommend.

Dust to do, 3 wc rolls for 5 people for 3 days a little short, Dishwasher tablets to be provided, explain to vacationers the heating setting on arrival. The child mattress is in the large bedroom right closet there was not one according to Fabienne we do not hold it against him. We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

The apartment was great. Covenient location and beautifully furnished Totally worth the cost. We would only suggest to put some rubber strips or a matt inside the bathtub. Its easy to trip. I highly reccomend this place. Very nice and kind host

We spent a beautiful week in the chalet, peaceful not far from La Clusaz station 5 min drive away with underground parking (€70 for the week 24/24). There were 10 of us and everyone never complained about a lack of space. Each room had that clean bathroom which is a luxury. Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. The only negative point is the lack of pot and pot to be able to cook for 10.

Tamara’s place was awesome. We were so glad we did not opt for a hotel, which is normally where we’ve stayed in Annecy! Her home had every comfort, perfect for our week long stay. Her place is quiet, although right in the heart of the bustle. I haven’t slept this good since high school. It was quiet, peaceful, and Tamara was an excellent host. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to annecy! J’adore!

Great view, very large private garden area. Super peacefull to recharge and relax. The jacuzzi pool and the sauna is definitely a bonus, thanks again.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!
