Suitable for many mountain activities, winter and summer (Nordic skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, trail running, pedal boating, paddle boarding, boating...) located in the center of the department between two lakes and close to the Gliéres plateau, Annecy (Chamonix, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Geneva, etc.) evenings, parties not allowed rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays

You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Ideally located between Annecy and Geneva, this studio will allow you to enjoy all the beautiful sites of the region, Lake Annecy, Parmelan Mountain, Glières Plateau, Aravis Pass, Chamonix, for water sports also the Dronières swimming pool open from June to September 10 minutes away, Vitam Parc... Access to the highway in 2 minutes, Shops nearby, (restaurants, U-Express, gas station, butcher, bakery…) Private parking space at the foot of the residence...

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.

We have no neighbours so you will feel well-rested!

Ideally located at the foot of Parmelan, 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the Plateau des Glières, a great Nordic ski site, 40 minutes from the alpine ski resorts (Grand Bornand, La Clusaz) and Geneva. Quiet and green environment, close to many hikes (Aravis, Bornes, Bauges). The bright 60 m2 apartment is upstairs in a house, with independent entrance, small balcony not overlooked.

At 6kms away from town–we are more than happy to welcome you in our fully independent mountain ‘retreat’. Our studio is 25 m2 with separate access and a private parking space. Yes, it’s small but still has a living room, mezzanine, kitchen and toilet/shower room. Very comfortable, modern, clean and highly practical – plus the views are breath-taking! Welcome home!
