Villa holiday rentals in Fillière

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will be back.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Good evening, Olivier's place really matched the photos and description. It is a very nice very bright house, large spaces, a beautiful garden, the car location much appreciated, the welcome excellent by the concierge and very good communication with Olivier 20 minutes from Paquier and 30 from the old town center You can come there without hesitation

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

We had a lovely week at Villa Armonia and the hosts were very amenable. The garden, hot tub and pool were great and a short drive to the village where you can find everything you need. Doussard beach a five minute drive. Highly recommend

A great place to stay for a summer trip to the Alps.

Very comfortable house and the terraces are pleasant. There is everything you need to cook (unlike housing that is only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away, which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of your reservation. We have found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no swimming pool for the weekend of the ascension.
