Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage and shower, but is located at a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Newly built guest house (2020) of approx. 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea views. Only 70 meters to the swimming area. Loft with double bed and sofa bed with two beds. Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
