Fantastic stay! The space was larger than expected, spotless, and well-equipped for a quick trip. The coffee machine and kitchen essentials gave it a luxe hotel feel, while the building had the charm of a classic NYC high-rise. The neighborhood felt safe and was super convenient. I’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. The apartment was spotless and even better than it looked in the photos — the view was absolutely stunning! It was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is fantastic, modern and secure, and the neighborhood is beautiful and lively. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Good location and nice apartment did the job

Great spot to stay in NY! A quick walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping or hop on the sub from Union Square and get anywhere.

Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip in NYC! Amazing location, close to the subway, with plenty of little cafés and restaurants to visit while we were there. The place was not huge, but it was actually was bigger than we expected it to be.

Ray was a great host, easy to communicate for check in and gave some good recommendations especially for a good laundromat. Place was close to the station and a lot of good bars and restaurants. Bed was comfy, place was clean and tidy, only thing which would have been great was a microwave to reheat any food we brought back. Otherwise it was a great location for our visit from Australia.

A well decorated and comfortable home to relax and rejuvenate. It is very close to the water where you can take the water ferry to NYC. Very peaceful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband & I spent a week in this gorgeous apartment. Great location with easy access to underground and walking to lots of restaurants & sightseeing. Very clean, well equipped and the views just stunning. Would highly recommend

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

Mira is a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location is, for New York, surprisingly quite. Also no noise from the neighbours at all. We always felt safe in the area where the appartment is located. As a matter of fact we were quite happy to walk back from Timesquare to the appartment after midnight. The appartment is well appointed with all the amenities to make it a most comfortable stay. It was excellent value for money! Thank you so much Mira to make us feel so welcome.

Great locations Walking distance to tourist attractions ,great restaurants

The brownstone was exactly as it was described. Jak was super helpful and even allowed us early check in so we could start our tour of the city. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Very clean. The two flights of stairs were not an issue at all for my husband and I or our 2 teenage children. There is a bar below the unit so there was music playing into the night. You could not hear it back in the bedroom though. But, was a great place to end the day with a drink!

What a fantastic NY/NJ experience my family had, much of it because of the kind of stay they had - this unit was clean, had all the amenities listed, and Peter’s communication was top notch. Hope to back soon!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
