The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

Experience an unforgettable stay in a Finnish traditional log cabin while also enjoying a private sauna and a private pond where you can swim. Newly added is a lovely outdoor jacuzzi! The cottage is located right on the river bank in its own quiet area, but only an 8-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi. The cabin has electricity, but there is no running water. The accommodation includes drinking water, heating of the wood-burning sauna and washing water. Next to the cabin is a separate outdoor toilet, which is a modern composting toilet
