Step into this newly built villa (12 guests) with a stunning sea view less than 1h from Helsinki. Golf course within a 2-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate beds; Bedroom with a sea view (160cm), bedroom (120cm &TV), a loft with two beds (2x140cm)

Stay North - Porkkalanniemi

Porkkalanniemi is a newly built Nordic-style home completed in 2025, offering space for up to 8 guests. Inside, modern design & large windows frame the surrounding sea and sky, while three bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfort for families or groups. Outdoors, a sauna with water views, a wide terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, & direct access to the pier connect the stay to the shoreline. Thoughtful details, from the main bedroom to the guest cabin, make the house both inviting and functional.

Unique Villa by the Lake

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

The windows open to a magnificent lake landscape, which can also be admired from the backyard outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Private beach, dock, rowboat and 2 paddleboards for free use. Accommodation for eight, WiFi connections, and washing machines. Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.
