Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
