Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Apartment in Neusäß

The accommodation has been newly furnished with a lot of love for detail and is ideal for business trips or for a vacation with friends/family. You can start the day comfortably with a cup of coffee in the garden. The cozy atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. The beautiful spacious apartment is centrally located in the Neusäß district within walking distance of all shopping and the train station. An underground parking space is provided free of charge.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). We of course also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children wish. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, things get creepy in the apartment, too. We strive to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there.
