Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. The apartment is 90 sqm divided into 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room + 1 sofa bed in one room so there is a bed for 8 people, TV room, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Patio and barbecue available. Parking is available. The area offers several swimming areas, both rocks and open water. Tångenbadet is a real gem about 700 meters from the apartment. The football field and small playground are 30 meters away. Proximity to shops and restaurants about 800 meters.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A peaceful studio apartment in the middle of the peaceful and unique coastal community of Hovenäset. A compact and modernly decorated accommodation a stone's throw from the sea. The apartment is perfect for two adults. Close to swimming areas, hiking trails and running loops. Kungshamn and Smögen with restaurants and shops are within cycling distance.
