Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fistral Beach

Absolutely lovely place, so central yet still a quiet and peaceful street. House was stunning and as described. Would stay again. The only one thing to change, it would be helpful if there was a freezer or freezer box in the fridge for ice or ice packs! Other than that 5 star!

The House is nice and modern and well kept. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Jonathan responded quickly to any messages and overall we were very happy with the stay. This was the first time that we have stayed in an Airbnb and I can recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Newquay.

Had a lovely and peaceful stay. Cheryl was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was exactly as described and what we had hoped for. Will defo go back when we can.

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the Gem and everything about it was perfect - fully equipped, spotless + great location. In walking distance to some lovely restaurants in town or Fistral beach and Crantock beach. It is also a great location to explore other costal towns in Cornwall. If you have a paddleboard or Kayak I would recommend taking it as you can walk straight down to the waters edge from the property. Overall this was a 10/10 stay.

I would recommend staying here to everyone, beautiful place situated in the heart of Newquay a stones throw from fistral beach and it has its own parking. We loved our stay here, being close to places to eat and the beaches made it easy for us with a 2 year old. We couldn’t fault it!

Spacious flat with absolutely beautiful view. Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely and clean place, with lots of space for our 4 person family. Parking space is a bonus and very convenient. Thanks for making my 40th birthday so special! We love this part of Newquay and have stayed at Crest Court (in various airbnbs) for 5 years now every May - it’s great.

Loved it! Fantastic location, clean & comfortable space with a great view. Really appreciated the excellent dining recommendations as we loved the Fish House and Fort restaurants. Also liked Lost Brewery for beer and burgers. If interested in a bit of an excursion, or otherwise find yourself in the south eastern part of Cornwall, you have to check out the Hidden Hut near Truro.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views of Fistral beach. Balcony was a bonus. Lou’s communication and flexibility (letting us check in early) was excellent.

It is a great space this airbnb has been understated. I have just left Nigels very large accomodation to arrive at my next airbnb only to find it bijou to be polite! and certainly not in such a lovely location. In comparison this similarly priced accomodation woud fit into Nigels 5 times.

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing. The view is every bit as good as the pictures. We were there in June and the sun didn’t set until 9.30pm, drinks on the patio were a nightly thing while we watched the tide come in as the sun went down. The apartment is pretty much at the top of a reasonably steep hill, but even with my knee problems I managed to go up 2 or 3 times a day. As you walk up the hill past the Seiners Arms (great pub, good food with beautiful patio). you can see Perranporth Beach in its entirety. Absolutely stunning. The town has everything you need like a Co-Op, Launderette, pubs, restaurant, beach / surf wear shops. Things do shut down earlier than we expected (around 9pm) but it was June so not peak season yet. The apartment is spacious, you come in through the back door into a large kitchen with all the appliances etc that you’d need. 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with TV. I thoroughly recommend this place. Hannah was an exceptional host too.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

We just spent a short break at Sara’s Apartment. We arrived early ours of the morning so the guidance on access etc was brilliant. The apartment was modern and laid back bohemian vibe which was really homely. It’s bigger than the photos allow. There are lots of lovely touches and everything is thought of. Walking into the lounge in the morning to the sea views was incredible, views from every angle. It’s a lovely base with lots of walking trails and access to the beach and town. Sara was very responsive to any query and was super kind and helpful. It was a perfect base for a reset and dose of vitamin sea 🌊 thank you again ✌️

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. We had a great time - the apartment is really spacious and comfortable, with decent beds and two large bathrooms. Everything was super easy, from parking behind the building, to check-in, and quick/helpful communication from Toni. It's a very short walk from Fistral beach, so was perfect for our surfing weekend. We'd definitely stay again!

I stayed for a week to work remotely and surf. The apartment is located right between the two main surf spots Fistral and Towan so it's about a 7 minute walk to each. The apartment itself is quite spacious and would be very comfortable for up to 4 people. Kristen was very responsive and helpful.

This is a fabulous and comfortable apartment from which to explore Newquay and Cornwall. With water views, a great open plan living, dining and kitchen space and a generous bedroom, it had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The hosts were welcoming and generous. This is one of the best bnbs we have stayed in.

Steve was very helpful and responsive to our messages. The flat we stayed in was very clean and comfortable with great views. Easy access to the main town. Although there are some steep hills for anyone walking.

We had a great stay at Oliver’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect- right next to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Oliver was super friendly and even messaged to tell us we could check in early. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cornwall!
